6A Mince Pie Evaluations

This afternoon, in preparation for creating and selling our very own mince pies, we evaluated the current selection of pies on sale to the public. We looked at the packaging, design and smell of the mince pies before taste testing each one. We then used this research to start designing our own versions, which we hope to start creating next week.
