Puffin Class were visited by a palaeontologist called James this week. Together we explored a variety of fossils and discovered: a dinosaur egg, a Stegosaurus’ tail spike, an Allosaurus’ claw, ammonites and much, much more! We learnt that a T-Rex footprint is big enough to squish 3 children! James brought two special dinosaur guests with him; a baby Velociraptor called Jack and an enormous Allosaurus called Millie. We had to be extremely brave and cautious when meeting the dinosaurs. Everybody was truly captivated and engaged and it was a day the children in Puffin Class will never forget!
