Puffin class were shocked to discover that Terry T-Rex (our class pet) had vanished! Speculation was rife as to where he had disappeared to. Had he been taken? Did he escape? Is he on an adventure? The children made ‘Lost’ posters to try and spread the word. We had a visit from PC Dave and PC Darryl, who sent a picture of Terry to dispatch. Eventually the mystery was solved… he had gone off to see his old friends in Year 1. The children wrote letters to Terry to try and encourage him to return to Puffin Class. Eventually, after much worrying and wondering, the children heard a loud knock on the door. It was Terry! He had wandered back on his own, exhausted from his journey, and fell asleep on Miss Peterson’s chair.
